Customer Solutions Consultant

Position Overview
Safeguard Self Storage is currently seeking full-time and part-time experienced sales consultants for its growing call center, located in Atlanta. Our Consultants handle incoming sales inquiries, make outbound sales calls to previous customers and qualified prospects and call on prospective client businesses to develop relationships nationwide. Sales experience required to meet monthly individual and department goals. We need Consultants who know how to build customer rapport in 30 seconds over the phone and close the sale. If you are an expert in selling, handling outbound/inbound customer inquiries, closing sales and have call center sales experience, we would like to hear from you.

Hours : Flexible

Salary
Full-Time: $15.00 to $16.00/ hr (experience commensurate with pay)
Part-Time: $12.00 - $13.00/hr (experience commensurate with pay)

Benefits
Full-time : Employees are eligible for Medical and Health benefits
Part-Time : Employees are eligible for double pay on scheduled work holidays, paid vacation after 6 months employment

Requirements
-2-5 years of experience in sales within a call center environment
-Proven ability to achieve sales goals and quotas.
-Experience with call center applications and technology
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and ACT Database
-Proven ability to navigate within different database screens efficiently
-Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
-The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
-Experience using active listening skills to access customer, management and co-worker needs
-Flexible to work weekends and some holidays
-Fluency in Spanish is a plus
