Senior Vice President of Asset Management
As Safeguard’s  Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Ken  Mills oversees the physical requirements for all development projects, including ensuring each facility is properly equipped in terms of risk management, insurance, property taxes, service contracts and other necessary business agreements required for each facility.  He is also responsible for developing  national vendor contracts to maximize economy of scale and ensure consistent service delivery at all of our facilities.

Ken joined Safeguard in 2007, with more than 25 years of real estate management experience, primarily in property and asset management. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tennessee, where his major was Real Estate and Urban Development, Ken has also earned credentials as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a CPM, Certified Property Manager.
