Acquisitions Criteria

We target well-located, Class A self-storage properties in dense urban markets.

Development Criteria

Typical site size ranges from 1 to 5 acres. We focus on urban infill opportunities, including:

  • Vacant land
  • Functionally obsolete buildings suitable for redevelopment
  • Big box retail conversions
