Refer a Friend, Get Rewarded!

Thank you for your interest in the Safeguard Self Storage Referral Program! To show our appreciation for helping us grow, we offer a $100 reward for each successful referral. Please complete the information below.
REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY
  • The referral program is open to current and former customers of Safeguard Self Storage, age 18 or older.
  • Referred individuals must be new customers who have not previously rented a unit with Safeguard and must rent for a minimum of two months.
  • Employees of Safeguard Self Storage and their family members are not eligible.

REFERRAL REWARD
  • A $100 reward will be issued to the referring party after the referred customer:
  • Signs a rental agreement.
  • Maintains an active rental for at least two full months.
  • Rewards are issued in the form of a $100 Amazon gift card.

REFERRAL PROCESS
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form.
  • Only one referral reward is granted per new customer, regardless of the number of units rented.
  • Multiple referrals are allowed. There is no cap on the number of rewards a participant can earn.

LIMITATIONS
  • Self referrals are not eligible.
  • Referrals must be submitted before or at the time of the new rental. Late submissions will not qualify.
  • The referred customer must remain in good standing, with no late payments or lease violations, for the initial two month period.
  • The referred customer must not reside at the same address as the referrer.

REWARD DISTRIBUTION
  • Rewards will be processed within 30 days after the two month eligibility period is met.
  • Referring customers are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards received.
  • If the total value of rewards received from Safeguard Self Storage in a calendar year equals or exceeds $600, the participant may be issued an IRS Form 1099 NEC for that amount.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
  • Safeguard Self Storage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will not affect referrals already in progress.
