Tonisha was very nice and knowledgeable she made sure my experience at safeguard was beyond superior highly recommend.
Today we went to inquire about a storage unit, and Gilbert was amazing! His customer service was top-notch. He explained everything so clearly, took the time to answer all our questions, asked about our day, and even recommended a nearby bakery. He also gave us a tour of the units, which was really helpful. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Gilbert truly deserves recognition. Outstanding service like his is hard to find — he definitely deserves a raise!
They were very nice and helpful!! The only issue is that there were many inconsistencies with what I was told on the phone vs. in person. I wasn’t told about 2 fees. So when I came and was told about an “insurance fee” and an “administrative fee” I was very blind sided. But they did explain and helped me figure out why they weren’t mentioned on the phone. Will use again because they are very careful and considerate!!
