I am a long time customer of Safeguard and always had great service and rapport with the employees. (Kelly, Sabrina…) I’m old, and not very tech savvy, and miss the in person experience. That said, I spoke on the phone with Carlos and he was SO VERY HELPFUL! Made it easy peasy and was so pleasant and knowledgeable! I’m back to being happy with my Safeguard experiences.
