Pay By Phone enables customers to obtain their account balances at no cost and pay their existing charges or future charges by telephone using a dedicated phone line for each store. This method will require a credit card, and a $10 processing fee is automatically applied to recoup our cost for the service.

The benefits of this system are increased options, efficiency and flexibility. Pay By Phone can help customers avoid late fees by giving them a convenient alternative payment option in the event that they cannot pay in-store or do not have access to a computer. As always, customers will still be able to pay their bills free of charge via the in-store payment method, auto ACH or credit card payment plans, and via our online payment portal, www.mysafeguardselfstorage.com. (Online payments require you to submit an active email address to your local store team.)
